A short person's world...
Okay so short people have always had it bad. We've had to endure the "shrimp" jokes and the "you're so short that...". It's not our fault that we're not vertically inclined!!! But I digress. This brings me to the topic at hand. Today I was having a rather interesting conversation with a few friends regarding height matches of guys and girls. So it seems that if a guy is over 6'0 then he shouldn't find a girl who's shorter than 5'4. And according to a "certain someone" (you know who you are!) the "short guys are meant for the short girls" That's not fair!!! So basically me and my 5"1.75 self have no shot with a guy who's 6"0?!?! That's so wrong. Opposites attract...so short people and tall people can attract correct? Lol, okay but in it all lets not forget that it depends on the personality of both and their characteristics should be what matters the most. =)
Second short issue...whoever said that short people are evil are SADLY mistaken. We're innocent and do not have the ability to be mean let alone evil! You can see it in our eyes. Actually come to think of it, the taller people I know ARE the more evil ones...so this theory is seriously flawed!!! I've also concluded that I get picked on a lot because I'm short...why is it that we're easy targets?!? In any case, we're taking a tally to see what your opinions are on these two thoughts...what do you think???

Can you please let us know who the 6’0 dude is that you’re checking out!?!?!? I would like to know!!!! Personally I think that if a guy is 6’0 or more, he should find a girl who is 5’5 or more. But shazia is right, at the end of the day it’s not the height that matters it’s all about the personality. What about us girls??? Personally I would want to find a guy who is 6’0 or more and no I’m not 5’1.75!!!! so I’m allowed (just joking shaz)
As far as the evil comment goes, Shaz I only became evil/ mean after I met you!!! So I think the theory about short people being evil is 100% correct!!!! AND you pick on people more than they pick on you, especially me :(. Some advice, don’t mess with Shazia because she WILL make you cry! I’m speaking from experience…….

In support of Shaz's first point, lots of couples have a big height difference between them and of all the personality issues we can have, why choose height to discriminate.
Regarding your second point...the only reason short people SEEM innocent is because they look like kids from a distance...or like those lawn dwarfs. But it's when you get close that you see the real shady personality that lurks behind those eyes....
Short people are vicious!!! they may look small, but they can inflict harsh amount of pain (especially with pens...)
I used to be short back in the day and used to get picked on for it as a kid. Eventually, I grew and now, I'm 5'9 but all those years of torment have led to me becoming quite sinister. Thus, I must agree with the statement that all short people are evil because they've had to endure years of ridicule. Those who WERE short also become evil because they were emotionally-abused for being short once... it's a vicious little cycle.
I hear ya Shaz, I hear ya! Sucks to be short! I think the tall girls just get jealous when they see a short girl with a tall guy cuz they think all the tall guys are "theirs", well :p to them, lol! And I swear I'm not evil! :D
Aite first off, theres short...then theres you. Second, short people get with tall people all the time. Your just looking at people who are seriously close minded and superficial.
INNOCENT?!?!? Ha, don't make me laugh. Short people are evil, plain and simple. My primary example is you. Its a wonder I turned out normal with you around. I can't remember a single time where the look you gave someone hasn't been a death stare.
If you think you get picked on because your short, think again. I pick on you for instance not due to your height (or lack there of), but because I can. Done.

Okay HOOOOLD ON! First of all "anonymous #1" (AKA SABINA!) the whole height thing was a hypothetical situation, therefore in regards to a hypothetical person (same for anon.#2 lol). I don't make anyone cry, instead you all make me cry. Short people get picked on all the time. Everyone should listen to the wise words of SS who say that being short is cool! He couldn't have said it better =P
Oh yeah and Irfan I've had to put up with you my whole life therefore everything that I've learned about being mean comes from YOU. And Khadeeja stop taking his side, you ALWAYS take his and not mine!!! Its my blog you have to side with me!!! =P
It's hard NOT to take his side! He's got the good ideas about getting a standard card, motorcycles, making fun of you... and on and on...I dont mean to take his side all the time, but it just happens cuz he's the cooler sibling :p
I also agree with Irfan - Shazia has a tendency to give everyone a deathstare it seems. The funny thing is that it reminds me of that girl, Angelica, from Rugrats. :)
Furthermore, we all tease (and make fun of) Shazia not because she's short but because she makes it easy to... sorry Shazia but Irfan scored a bullseye on that one. Besides, short people (or formerly short people) ARE evil... accept that and you'll be better off.

Short people aren't evil...well, I don't know about all the short people, but I'm not... :p (I just realized I don't know half the people who are responding to this thing...)
Even though we’re cousins we are at two very opposite ends of the spectrum...ur the short one and I’m the tall one! Trust me when I say that I get my share of tall jokes...and I’m soo totally sick of it!!! Yeahh so I’m tall...get over it...I hate it when people say...“wow, ur really tall!”...duhh...don’t u think I already know that!!! Sheesh!
Ok now that I got that out of my system...I don’t think there should be an issue over short girls hooking up with tall guys...its normal and I know tons of couples who fit that description...at least this way their kids will probably be of average height. HOWEVER, I don’t think the same can be said about tall girls hooking up with short guys...yeahh so I know some couples who fit this description as well, but I personally don’t see myself with a shorter guy!
Anyhoo, about ur comment about tall people being evil...I sooooo disagree! All the tall people I know (including myself) are really down to earth, friendly, loving, caring, non-evil people! Tall people don’t want to cause ruckus...they’re just too nice!
So in conclusion, I would just like to say that short people are evil.

Listen DJQ...if you find a girl who's 5'7-5'9 and if she wears heels she's going to be as tall, if not taller than you. So stop being discriminatory against short people! And I don't have beady little eyes...I have big innocent eyes to mirror my innocent soul haha.
And someone put it well once when they said "short people are more down to earth because they're closer to the ground" So there, you can't beat that!!!
